Refund policy

If your first order is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, as appropriate.
Eligibility
Include your order number and a short explanation. Products must have been purchased directly from Stank Department. We may request a photo, and we may limit refunds where more than a reasonable trial amount has been used.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Report shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect scents within 7 days of delivery. Keep the packaging until we resolve the claim.
Returns
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened powder products generally do not need to be mailed back unless we ask. Unopened returns must be authorized before shipping. Do not send returns without instructions from support.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, gift cards, shipping charges, and purchases from third-party retailers are not refundable through this policy except where required by law.
