Shipping policy

Orders typically leave the department within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or unusually high volume, processing may take longer.
Rates and delivery
Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. U.S. orders of three or more bottles qualify for free standard shipping unless a promotion states otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. For marked-delivered, missing, damaged, or returned packages, contact support with your order number so we can investigate.
