By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate order and payment information.
Product use
SoleScents is a shoe deodorizing product. Follow label instructions, keep away from children and pets, avoid inhalation and eye contact, do not ingest, and do not apply directly to skin. Spot test delicate or color-sensitive materials. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. We may cancel or limit orders for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, resale activity, or legal restrictions and will refund captured amounts where required.
Payments
You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed total. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Payment attempts may be screened for fraud and risk.
Shipping and title
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and promptly reporting delivery problems.
Intellectual property
Stank Department, STANK DEPT., SoleScents, product designs, copy, graphics, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, sold, or exploited without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store and products are provided without implied warranties beyond rights that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Stank Department is established, without regard to conflicts rules. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date.
